About Me

Starting in 1975, I’ve owned, grown, and sold several highly prominent (and profitable) dental enterprises – including my very first practice in Griffin, Georgia and Practical Endodontics (Endo Root Camp), an education and product supply company built specifically for general dentists.

As one of the owners of Practical Endodontics, I conferred with dentists from around the nation regarding the challenges they faced in their practices. While giving lectures, managing the business and assisting dentists via one-on-one coaching, I witnessed how the majority of my colleagues struggled with issues like staff motivation, business planning and patient retention.

As I listened, learned and consulted I started to see patterns. Best practices started to emerge and the success strategies I forged proved repeatable. We’re all here to do great work and help people… I’m proud to be able to coach dentists and their staffs through the struggles that can make running a business frustrating.

Sometimes, yes, you’ll have to plug some leaks or jump some hurdles in order to achieve a practice that’s both gratifying and profitable, but the road to sustainable success is definitely there. I’ve made a career out of showing people that such steps are possible, plausible, and often painless.

There’s no such thing as a “perfect” dental office – but with the right guidance, you can greatly enhance the prosperity, efficiency and teamwork of your practice.

Best Wishes,

Michael D. Goldstein, DDS, FAGD
